Etopirika ~A bird that spins thoughts~ is an animation created based on the testimonies of former island residents of the Northern Territories. We want many people, including young people, to learn more about what happened in the Northern Territories at the end of the war, and the harsh experience of being forced to flee their homeland by former islanders, and to create momentum for the return of the Northern Territories.
